About

The Berkeley Lacrosse Club offers activities focused on sports and social skills. Practices are held at the Tom Bates Regional Sports Complex, providing a structured environment for participants to engage in lacrosse.

• Ages: 6–14 years old
• Schedule: 8U: Practices 1 day per week, 10U and 12U: Practices 2 days per week, 14U: Practices 3 days per week. Practices begin in February, games start in March. Season runs from early February through mid-May

The club is one of the first established in the Bay Area and operates as a volunteer-run, non-profit organization. It features a unique gear rental program and a generous scholarship program. The staff holds Level 1 Coaching and Positive Coaching Alliance certifications. The club is committed to creating a fun, inclusive, and encouraging lacrosse community and is involved in school outreach to expand awareness.
