City of Berkeley Recreation Swim Lessons offers summer swim lesson classes and ongoing specialty classes. Registration for these classes is required before attending. Class and activity registration is not complete until payment is received.
• Schedule: 2026 Summer Registration for Summer Swim Lessons and Ongoing Specialty Classes opens Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 9:00am for residents, with non-resident registration opening April 16, 2026 at 9:00am; registration is ongoing and open until filled.
• Price: Class/activity registration is incomplete until payment is received.
The City reserves the right to cancel classes with enrollments under the minimum requirement. For some other activities, including certain tennis lessons, baseball leagues, and youth basketball leagues, a separate registration form is required that can be picked up at a Recreation Hub or downloaded from the website.
