Los Angeles Gymnastics Center Camps offers day camp, rhythmic camp, and cheer camp for children ages 3 to 12. The day camp runs from 9 AM to 3 PM and includes two breaks: snack time from 10:20 to 10:40 and lunch from 12:00 to 1:00.

Day camp programs are available during winter and spring breaks, school holidays, and throughout the entire summer season, starting from the last day of the school year until Labor Day weekend. Campers must bring a nut-free lunch and snack, plus a refillable water bottle. The staff-to-kid ratio is at least 9:1, children are separated by age and assigned to a coach for the day, and pick-up can be any time at or before 3:00 PM.
