Summer Overnight Camp includes western riding lessons, equestrian vaulting (gymnastics on horseback), animal and horse science classes, and animal care time. Campers also take part in activities such as using the pool and water slide, rock climbing wall, archery, arts and crafts, outdoor cooking, sports and games, harnessing pony carts, campfires, camp-wide games such as Capture the Flag, skit night, and cabin talent night. Session themes include Lost in Space, Disco, Color Craze (COLOR WARS Week), Neon 90's, and Beach Bash.

Summer Overnight Camp takes place at Rawhide Ranch, which is described as a kids' camp straight out of the Wild West where campers learn about horses and livestock. The riding program is geared for beginning and intermediate riders, and each camper is assigned to a cabin with campers in the same age group. Some campers arrive with a friend from home and others arrive ready to make new friends. The program states that at Rawhide, campers learn about horses and livestock while discovering the importance of integrity, respect, hard work and the value of community.
The leadership team includes Executive Camp Director Will Kates; Assistant Camp Director & CIT/REP/LIT Programs lead DeeAnn Laird; Camp Registrar Rebecca Seidl; Administrative Specialist & Country Store Manager Stacey Gregg; and Program Manager Carolann Campbell. The camp has been voted among the top 22 camps in the USA and lists accreditations and memberships. The program no longer offers a weekend stay-over option, and all campers must leave the ranch between summer camp sessions.
Available discounts for overnight summer camp sessions include an Early Bird Registration Discount of $50 (ending January 31st), a Returning Camper Discount of $50 for campers who have attended a week-long overnight camp there before, a Sibling Discount of $50 per sibling in the same household/account, and a Multiple Session Discount of $50 for each additional session after the first one. There is also a New Camper Referral Discount of $50, up to 5 new campers, which applies to returning campers who refer new campers, and an Active-Duty Military Discount of 25% off with instructions to notify the camp for how to receive this discount. Families who need financial assistance can apply for a scholarship, with a deadline to return scholarship applications of May 1st, 2026.
