About

Ausletics Youth includes functional training, strength and conditioning, nutrition coaching, and personal training. The program uses simple, easy-to-understand movement coaching in a safe, secure, and encouraging team environment with friendly and knowledgeable coaches and staff who take a personal interest in each athlete. It is part of the Ausletics Functional Training programs for kids and teens that focus on strength, mobility, and stamina, and it can also support weightlifting, conditioning for a particular sport, or rehab from injury.

• Ages: 13–18 years old
• Schedule: Hours available Monday–Friday from 5 AM–7 PM and Saturday from 8–10 AM

Ausletics was established in 2017 and offers group and individualized training programs. The Ausletics Youth program is part of a community friendly and fun environment that encourages a positive, happy, and healthy lifestyle.

The leadership team includes Ausletics Owner Snez V., Coach and Level 2 Coach and leader in Weightlifting Sharon R., Coach and Level 2 Coach Aree R., and Coach Eli, who is described as an elite Coach. Snez V. completed a Fitness Diploma in 2006 and a Bachelor of Human Nutrition at the University of Canberra in 2011, and holds accreditations in Exercise Rehabilitation, Aqua Training, and Strength and Conditioning. Snez V. also played women’s soccer professionally for 6 years with Canberra United, Adelaide United, and Melbourne Victory in the W-league.
