About
Brea Jiu-Jitsu Kids and Juniors Programs offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training through Kids BJJ and Kids Competition BJJ classes. The academy also runs related programs such as Women’s BJJ, Advanced BJJ, and Adult Competition BJJ, which share the same training environment and approach. The program uses a progressive approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that adds to the classical approach, including video analysis and warm-ups geared toward improving a student’s game for BJJ competition.
