Rhythm 'n' Dance Academy offers classes that include dance, tumbling, movement, strengthening, cheer, and music. The program is set up as an extra curricular performing arts option that reaches students through their school, daycare, school age care, or preschool center. Classes are specifically designed to develop motor skills, body awareness, and muscle toning, and the program also stimulates and develops imagination, critical thinking, and refines both cognitive and creative skills.

The mission of Rhythm 'n' Dance Academy is to develop students to be self-expressed individuals in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. The academy runs throughout the Southern California area and offers services directly to students in the settings where they already attend. The staff is described as accredited, professional, and passionate personalities who have excelled in dance, tumbling, and movement, and instructors provide a cheerful and positive atmosphere. All Rhythm 'n' Dance teachers are fingerprinted and registered with the Department of Justice and hold at least 12 ECE units in child development.
