About
Learning Trajectory Tutoring Center offers homework help along with English, math, reading, counting, mental math, art, crafts, chess, languages, yoga, music, sports, and field trips. Kids take part in one-on-one and small-group lessons, with two groups called “Little Einsteins” for younger kids and “Challenge Champions” for older kids. Across its centers, the program serves grades K–8 and includes daily after-school care as well as summer, winter, and spring day camps.
• Ages: 5–13 years old
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with school pickup from 2:30 PM and programs running until 7:00 PM
Learning Trajectory Tutoring Center runs programs at its Burbank flagship center and also has centers in Glendale and Granada Hills. The organization started in 2024 with one center in Burbank. It is a registered private elementary school with the California Department of Education for grades K–6 (CDS 19-64337-6169528). The leadership team is led by Executive Director Mrs. Dilnoza Yusupova. The program’s mission statement is “Empowering minds, transforming futures.” It is described as a family-run team of teachers founded by immigrant educators, with multilingual teachers who speak English, Russian, and Armenian at every center. Kids join from schools across Burbank, and branded vans collect kids from local schools at 2:30 PM, including R.L. Stevenson Elementary, Thomas Edison Elementary, Bret Harte Elementary, Walt Disney Elementary, and George Washington Elementary. The program includes school pickup, vetted staff, secure pickup procedures, clear routines, and an emphasis that kids should want to come back the next day.
The younger “Little Einsteins” group focuses on reading, counting, and social skills through play, circle time, and gentle daily routines. The older “Challenge Champions” group includes chess, mental math, and language classes. Summer camps include tennis, splash days, field trips, arts and crafts, and healthy meals. The program offers bilingual learning so children can keep their family language while also working in English, and teachers switch between Russian and English in class. Parents describe homework being finished before pickup, kids asking to stay longer on chess days, and vans that arrive on time with drivers who know each child by name.
