Athletic Sport Center (ASC) Training Programs

Athletic Sport Center (ASC) Training Programs include individual training, personalized group sessions, and group programs. Participants take part in physical and skills testing, performance tests such as Yo-Yo, jumping, power, and speed, and can join the academy, camps, and workshops. The program also offers education for players and coaches, as well as club partnerships that use personalized training plans with clear objectives and training built around athletes’ goals and performance data.

Athletic Sport Center (ASC) was founded with the purpose of providing aspiring athletes with the highest level of training and helping them unlock their full potential. Programs and educational sessions are led by experienced coaches and experienced professionals. The center’s core expertise is soccer development, and its programs and facilities are made to boost performance in any sport through age-based training focused on technical, physical, and mental development, intensive training camps for boys and girls ages 4 to 18, education programs for coaches that include certifications, and tailored programs for clubs focused on physical conditioning, technical skills, and game mentality. Athletic Sport Center (ASC) is the official representative and training headquarters of Menotti School in the United States and describes itself as a community dedicated to the growth and success of young athletes.
