Zacharatos Karate, Kickboxing / MMA, & Soccer

Zacharatos Karate, Kickboxing/MMA & Soccer offers Beginning Karate, Intermediate Karate, and Advanced Karate for ages 6-17. The program also lists Real Kickboxing/MMA for ages 18 & up, a Beginning Youth Soccer Workshop offered as private coaching or private group coaching only, and a Weapons class for advanced students that teaches Escrima sticks, Bo Staff, and Nunchaku.

• Beginning Youth Soccer Workshop — Offered as private coaching or private group coaching only. Contact them directly if interested. Coach Zacharatos teaches private soccer coaching at local parks or can come to you.
• Weapons — advanced students · $95 · Need instructor approval. Learn 3 weapons: Escrima sticks, Bo Staff, and Nunchaku.

About the provider

The program was established in 1992 and says, "Martial arts is more than a sport, it’s a way of life." Master Gerassimos Theodore Zacharatos is the Chief Instructor and has a 7th Dan. Jamie BenAziz-Zacharatos is a 3rd Dan, serves as weapons instructor and assistant instructor, and has over 20 years of teaching experience. The facts also say the program creates a martial arts family with students from different backgrounds and ages, and that Master Zacharatos goes to students’ soccer matches to show support.

Please enroll at least a week before each session starts. Need instructor permission for intermediate and advanced karate, and for weapons class. No class on 11/11 Veterans Day for Fall Two 2026. Beginning youth soccer workshops are no longer offered at AC Stelle middle school through the city brochure due to insurance and other restrictions; they are now private coaching or private group coaching only.
