Carlsbad Youth Baseball is a volunteer-run league where kids play baseball. The program includes player evaluations and team drafts as part of organizing the season.

Carlsbad Youth Baseball (CYB) is a Non-Profit Organization that serves hundreds of players and their families in Carlsbad, California and surrounding cities. Its mission is to provide the opportunity for all children, regardless of skill, experience, and financial status, to have a positive and fun experience learning the fundamentals of baseball, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The league is fully run on volunteers. Carlsbad Youth Baseball has partnered with Carlsbad Trophy and Engraving to provide customized laser-engraved insulated stainless steel tumblers and water bottles, and a portion of every sale of this customized drinkware goes back to support Carlsbad Youth Baseball. The program’s website is powered by SportsEngine's Sports Relationship Management (SRM) software.
