Pilgrim Children's Center

Pilgrim Childrens Center offers infant and young toddler care with new infant rooms and full-time, immediate enrollment spots. It also offers toddler care with social-emotional development, self-help skills, independence, and language building, preschool with communication, investigation, sharing, and early school readiness skills, and pre-K with emergent writing, math and number sense, early literacy, and STEM.

• Infant & Young Toddler — 0-1-2 · Now touring new infant rooms and accepting enrollment for full-time, immediate spots.
• Toddlers — 1-2-3 · Focuses on social-emotional development, self-help skills, independence, and language building.
• Preschool — 3-4-5 · Continues social-emotional skills and develops communication, investigation, sharing, and early school readiness skills.
• Pre-K — 4-5 · Builds skills for school readiness including emergent writing, math and number sense, early literacy, STEM, and more.

About the provider

Pilgrim Childrens Center has served the Carlsbad community since 1974 and is described as Carlsbads Neighborhood Preschool for 50 years. It is a social outreach program of the Pilgrim United Church of Christ and is open to all children, including children of all faiths and origins. The program is all-inclusive and non-discriminating and accepts children of single parents, children with special physical and developmental challenges, children living with gay or lesbian parents, and children in displaced families.
