Valley Trails Summer Camp

Valley Trails Summer Camp offers activities such as climbing walls, ropes courses, swims, zip lines, archery, fort building, giant swings, singing, rock walls, ziplines, and art. Campers also take part in running around and day trips as part of their camp experience.

Valley Trails Summer Camp is a traditional day camp for campers entering grades K–8, with campers placed into age-appropriate groups. The camp has been providing camp experiences for thousands of campers over the past 56 years and has been under the leadership of its Executive Director for 26 years. Valley Trails Summer Camp is accredited by the ACA (American Camp Association) and is a member of WAIC (Western Association of Independent Camps) and offers flexible scheduling, extended hours, and transportation opportunities, including transportation from the Tarzana campus to VT Ranch in Santa Clarita. According to the camp’s mission statement, Valley Trails Summer Camp puts the campers’ needs first, providing them with a safe and fun environment to grow, create friendships and bonds, and to enjoy their camp experience to the fullest.
