About
Heritage Park Tot Lot is a parent-cooperative preschool where children take part in classroom activity, play time, and craft time. Students are divided into three color groups—Red, Green, and Blue—with up to 15 students in each group. Each group follows a structured daily rotation that includes classroom activity, play time, and craft time.
• Ages: 3–5 years old
• Schedule: Daily schedule includes an opening with the teacher, two morning rotations, a lunch break, a third rotation, and a closing/pickup period
Heritage Park Tot Lot offers an early educational program for children starting at age 3, with learning experiences in social areas such as sharing and communication, physical areas such as fine and gross motor skills, and academic areas such as alphabet, numbers, shapes, phonics, and science. The program follows the ABC Unified School District calendar. Registration for the 2025–2026 year has been closed, and registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open. The program’s mission states that parents have the highest calling and responsibility to train and educate their children, and that parent involvement in the child’s early years is viewed as critical and essential for developmental needs and further growth.
