The FECC Learning Institute Summer Program includes arts & craft, sports, cultural experiences, academic reviews, outdoor learning, and an indoor learning enhancement program. The program also offers Chinese and Spanish language learning, second language learning, homework support, extra curricular activities, recreation, and enrichment. Lunch and two snacks are provided daily, and there is a field trip every Tuesday.

The mission of the program states a commitment to providing a loving and warm environment that is conducive to children's learning and growth, as well as a safe, structured, and fun setting for children between the ages of 5 and 12, with a design that enhances and promotes children's social, emotional, and spiritual development.
