Art Houz Studio Art Classes offers drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, portfolio development, and printmaking. Classes use provided supplies and include a class t-shirt and participation in annual art exhibitions.
• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: Class options Monday–Thursday between 10:00 am–1:30 pm and 4:00 pm–7:00 pm, with Saturday available by appointment only
Instructors at Art Houz Studio are working artists with years of experience. The program follows the mission statement, “Art is for Everyone, Let’s Create Something Amazing Together.” It includes all supplies, a class t-shirt, and participation in annual art exhibitions. The studio offers small class sizes, classes tailored to individual interests and skill levels, and All-Abilities adaptive art classes that welcome individuals of all abilities. The program also offers career and portfolio support for aspiring artists, real artists as instructors, and 4-day creative immersions for adult workshops. It is located in Chula Vista, about 10 minutes from downtown San Diego.
