Golden Eagles Futbol Club offers coaching and training for young soccer enthusiasts. The program includes meaningful competition for its teams, which currently include Boys U8 Flight 4, Boys U10 Flight 4, Boys U11 Flight 3, Boys U14 Flight 4, Boys U16 - N1, and Girls U12 Flight 2.

Golden Eagles Futbol Club lists office hours from Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the office closed on Saturday and Sunday. The program’s mission is to develop confident, skilled, and respectful players by providing high-quality training, meaningful competition, and a positive environment that fosters growth both on and off the field. The club states that its first priority is to develop and maintain a fun, instructed training and healthy soccer environment while stressing sportsmanship and player improvement, and it maintains academic requirements for its youth teams. The program focuses on developing both the soccer skills and the character of players and believes in a collaborative environment between coach, parent, club, and player.

The leadership team includes GEFC Director of Coaching (D.O.C) Ramiro Perez, GEFC President Jack Flores (since 2023–present), Coach Joahan Navarez, Coach Rudy Otero, Coach Guillermo Gomez, and Coach Chris Mora. Staff credentials for D.O.C. Ramiro Perez include a USSoccer C License, Youth Coaching Certification from CYSA, a USSoccer Grassroots Coaching License, a Top Soccer Coach Certification from CalSouth/USYS, a CONMEBOL Certification of Futbol Ludico, and a CONMEBOL Certification of Preparación Física Profesional, and he is listed as a USSoccer Licensed Coach. The club is proud to represent coaches from Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, and the United States. Golden Eagles Futbol Club states that it welcomes all families from its multicultural community and aims to engage the whole community in club development and successes through a variety of alliances, partnerships, and networks, and the program strongly supports diversity among its players and strives to bond an array of teammates.
