Extreme Martial Arts Center Kids Programs offers kids programs, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Lion Dancing, and Choy Li Fut Kung Fu for children of all ages. The kids programs include private lessons with a personal instructor on an ongoing basis.

About the provider

The program was founded in 2004 and is celebrating over 20 years. It is a member of the Plum Blossom International Federation. The instructors offer direct instruction from Sifu Dillman, Dai Sihing Peters, and Coach Nick, and they have over 50 years of combined experience teaching children of all ages in the Sacramento area. The program states a mission to build confidence and discipline in young minds and help children build essential life skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Students can also take part in local community events, and the gym puts on events for youth to compete in.
