About
Sunrise Recreation and Park District Youth Programs include daycare, preschool, summer day camps, and after school programming, along with the Sunrise Kids Club day care program and preschool programs. The programs also offer a range of sports and recreation options such as Junior Giants, Basketball Rocks League 2024, volleyball, Girls Volleyball League, NFL Flag Football, Sport & Swim Camps, Volleyball Camps, Level UP Basketball Camp, Basketball Rocks, Soccer Clinics, Middle School Girls Basketball, and Elementary Girls Basketball. Families can also attend Friday Family Swim Nights and Movie in the Park Nights.

The district works in conjunction with school districts to offer the Extended Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) to qualifying students, is sponsored by the Antelope Lion's Club at Antelope Aquatic Complex for certain activities, and collaborates with community partners. Sunrise Kids Club day care programs serve school-age students in grades 1–6 (and through 8th grade at Creekview Ranch) and are located on five elementary school campuses, with various schedules available for families at what the district describes as reasonable rates. The district offers online options for registration and requests for programs, picnic rentals, facility use, and pool rentals, and provides an events calendar and digital activity guides. It publishes Advisory Board of Directors meeting agendas, includes a District Transparency and Website Accessibility Statement, and states that, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), it will not discriminate against any qualified individual with a disability.
