Cloverdale Ponytail League

Cloverdale Ponytail League offers seasonal softball for girls in the Ponies, Farms, Minors, and Majors divisions. It includes game nights on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with games played 1-2 nights per week and no weekend games. The 2026 Summer Softball Season runs for 8 weeks from June 8 to July 30, with registration for the 2026 season opening on April 19, 2026.

Programs

• Ponies — Ages 4-6 · Seasonal league; game nights Monday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; 1-2 nights per week
• Farms — Eligible ages 7-9 · Seasonal league; game nights Monday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; 1-2 nights per week
• Minors — Eligible ages 10-12 · Seasonal league; game nights Monday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; 1-2 nights per week
• Majors — Eligible ages 12-14 · Seasonal league; game nights Monday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; 1-2 nights per week

About the provider

Cloverdale Ponytail League has been active for nearly 50 years and has been teaching girls softball for more than 45 years. The league is run fully by volunteers and community sponsorships. Its mission is to provide a positive learning experience through volunteer coaches and community sponsors, and to teach and enhance softball skills through positive attitude and effort.

Player age is determined by the age of the player on August 31 of the prior year. Experienced players are eligible to go up in divisions if assessment deems it appropriate, but they must register within the division where their age fits and will be moved appropriately after assessments if appropriate. All games are played at City Park in Cloverdale. No games are played on weekends.
