Clovis Community Education Summer Fun offers enrichment classes where kids can take part in cooking, art, crafts, sports, and science. The program includes a variety of classes that focus on these hands-on activities and related topics.
• Ages: 4–13 years old
• Price: We charge a fee for our classes and that is how we pay our instructors.
The program is part of Clovis Community Education, which offers engaging classes for all ages and a wide range of non-credit courses and workshops. It is a self-funded program. The Community Education department encourages adults and seniors to keep learning because the possibilities are endless. The mission of Clovis Community Education is to connect with the community and enrich people’s lives. The leadership team includes Kelly as Program Director, Amy as School Secretary, Melissa as Clerical Specialist, and Angela as Clerical Specialist. Instructors are people who have a passion for a subject and have the desire and ability to teach it to other adults. The program states that it loves the Clovis community. One long-time student, Barbara, says, “There is something for everyone at Clovis Community Education.”
