FUSION Performing Dance Academy offers dance and fitness classes that include Hip-Hop, Modern/Contemporary, Jazz, Flamenco, and social dances. The program also offers movement classes for adults. In addition to classes, the academy provides studio rental for auditions, teaching, master classes, rehearsals, performance, meetings, and filming.

• Price: ALL Children classes are ONLY $12.00 per class. Monthly Card Discount Available. $25.00 Annual Registration Contribution. Specialty classes: $15.00 per class. Each class requires at least 5 attendees.

FUSION Performing Dance Academy is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization. It offers dance and fitness classes to underserved children and adults in the East Los Angeles and City of Commerce communities and provides comprehensive and personalized dance training for both recreational dancers and aspiring professionals. The program encourages goals for all students including Character Development, Self-Confidence, Leadership, and Creative Expression. FUSION Performing Dance Academy has a professional staff, and instructors have knowledge and experience as dancers and/or choreographer. The Executive/Artistic Director enrolled in the Theatre Dance Program at Northern Illinois University and was scouted by a dance company within three semesters, beginning a professional dance career. The leadership team includes an Executive/Artistic Director. FUSION Performing Dance Academy is celebrating 18 years, and its program for underserved children, adults, and professionals became a reality in 2008. Los Angeles FUSION Dance Theater was founded by Albertossy Espinoza in 2004, and its mission is to fuse together the rich diversity of different cultures through dance. Los Angeles FUSION Dance Theater serves as a forum for collaborations among artists and educators to share their talents with the community and the world. The academy maintains a dance company in residency at the academy to provide positive role models and has a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, rejecting racism and being inclusive and welcoming to people of every race, gender, sexual orientation, creed, socio-economic status, ethnicity, and political belief. The Susan Cole Studio has 1,320 sq. ft. of sprung dance floor, measuring 24’ x 55' with 19’ high ceilings, and the Judy Levin Studio has 225 sq. ft. for privates, with bluetooth, ipod, cd, fans, bathroom, on site parking, lobby area, roll up door, changing room, and a clean and private space. Dress code for all classes is dance attire, with a FUSION T-shirt and black tights, leggings, or shorts for girls, and tights, sweatpants or shorts for boys. Participants must sanitize upon arrival, during and after class, and students should stay at home if they are sick with a cough or fever.
