About the provider

The program says it has been strong for 10+ years and states, "We're a family, not just a gym. Every member is welcomed, supported, and pushed to reach their full potential — on and off the mats." It also says it is rooted in the community and trains the East LA community.

No commitment required. For MMA, a foundation in BJJ is strongly recommended before joining MMA classes; the page suggests at least 3–6 months of BJJ training first. Rolling is introduced gradually in Fundamentals. Safety is non-negotiable in MMA sparring.

What families say

“The coaches and instructors are exceptional, very beginner friendly. The gym is family friendly as well, and you're also treated like family. I always look forward to seeing my mates and everyone helps each other out during training. It's a great learning environment and I'm glad I chose this gym to start my health journey on.” — EG Emily Gastelum via Google · 5 Stars
