Kips Gymnastics offers gymnastics camps that include activities such as trampoline bouncing, beam balancing, and obstacle courses. The program also hosts gymnastics-themed birthday parties that feature gymnastics activities and party support from the gym staff.
• Ages: 4–17 years old
Kips Gymnastics opened in 1966 as one of the first private gymnastics clubs in the country. The club’s motto is “Attitude is Everything,” and its mission statement says that it is a place where every child should thrive and benefit from the sport of gymnastics. The program focuses on positivity, behavior development, and life-long skills, and it aims to be a second home and safe space for children to express themselves through gymnastics. Kips Gymnastics offers a free trial class for new participants.
The leadership team includes Coach Kaitlyn (Team Coach & Preteam Lead), Coach Sierrah (Team Manager), Coach Lexi (Team Coach & E-fit lead), Coach Trista (Team Coach), and Coach Jed (Team Coach). For birthdays, Kips Gymnastics offers gymnastics-themed parties with instructors and setup assistance, along with various party packages to accommodate different guest counts. A retired athlete shared, “Kips taught me how to be strong even when life got tough. I’m such a better person because of my time spent in the gym.”
