Education is the foundation of Braver Players Theater Company, and every rehearsal opens with a mini lesson on a different acting, music, or dance concept before work on the show begins. Teaching workshops on all aspects of theater occur throughout the year, every student receives a mid-performance evaluation, and actors receive audition feedback at the end of every show. Every production has a director, assistant director, choreographer, assistant choreographer, musical director, and vocal coach. No one is turned away for lack of experience, there is a part and an opportunity for everyone, and scholarships are offered so that no one needs to be turned away for financial reasons. College students who are alumni are given work and internship opportunities within the company. The refund policy states there are no refunds after casting, after a class, camp, or production begins, or due to natural disaster, pandemic, or emergency if alternative options are offered, and no refunds due to scheduling, and there are no refunds with tickets to productions, only exchanges or credits.

Braver Players Theater Company states that it was formed as a place for teens and kids to be themselves, escape from themselves, or both, using theater as the vehicle, with the result being a lifelong love of theater and an understanding of the discipline. The organization gives back to the community by establishing a scholarship on behalf of a student from the troupe who was tragically lost, donating to other nonprofit organizations that relate to the theme of each performance, incorporating a philanthropic element in the play Annie that allowed a donation to Orangewood Academy for Kids, and focusing on suicide prevention for the show Spring Awakening. Testimonials from parents and participants describe experiences with acting, singing, dancing, live music during rehearsals, individualized feedback, and community, and mention specific staff such as Chelsea, Nate, Joshua, Jen, and others by name.
