Vanguard University Basketball Camps focus on basketball, with campers spending their time on the court learning and playing the game. All children are coached by current Vanguard University’s men’s and women’s basketball players under the direction of Camp Director Rhett Soliday.
• Ages: 5–14 years old (grades K–9th)
• Schedule: Camp runs 9am to 4pm Monday through Thursday, with early drop-off and late pick up available from 8am to 5pm. Week 1 Trifecta Camp runs June 11–13 (Tuesday–Thursday), Week 2 runs June 17–20 with an optional Friday Fun Day, Week 3 runs August 5–8 with an optional Friday Fun Day, and Week 4 runs August 12–15 with an optional Friday Fun Day.
The camp is led by Camp Director Rhett Soliday, an NAIA National Championship Coach and GSAC Coach of the Year, along with his coaching staff. The stated mission of Vanguard University’s Basketball Camp is for children of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the game, for kids to feel valued, and for them to develop core convictions in their life, using basketball as a tool to teach life. Past highlights have included Milwaukee Bucks star guard Jrue Holiday attending camp, signing autographs, and speaking about the importance of developing character.
