Drama Kings and Queens includes social skills classes, weekly field trips, visits to various network TV sets, and theatrical experiences. The program features a 6 week summer intensive that includes a weekly summer social skills program, with an emphasis on conversation skills, mindfulness, movement, and meditation. Students participate in a professional musical theatre performance, working daily with world renowned vocal coaches and choreographers, and the experience culminates in a professional musical theatre performance for crowds of 300 plus.

Drama Kings and Queens is a weekly summer social skills program dedicated to facilitating social, emotional, speech and language development, and confidence building in students ages 5–15 with autism and other social cognitive deficits. Each year the summer program attracts students from around the world and uses a manualized evidence based approach with evidence based practices. Weekly field trips include exclusive visits to various network TV sets and theatrical experiences, and students work with world renowned vocal coaches and choreographers daily.
Drama Kings and Queens is part of L.A. Speech and Language Therapy Center, established in 1979. Pamela Wiley, Ph.D. is the President of the Los Angeles Speech and Language Therapy Center, Inc. and the founder of The Wiley Center for Speech and Language Development. Dr. Wiley is a fellow of the American Speech and Language Hearing Association and in 2020 was awarded Honors of her association, which is the highest distinction in her profession. The center states that it is a leader in providing comprehensive treatment and services to individuals with communication needs, specializing in services for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other diagnoses resulting in social cognitive deficits from early childhood through adulthood, and that its programs and specialized support can have a dramatic impact on the quality of life and independence for children and adults with special needs. The centers state that they embrace all cultures and believe that effective communication is a human right.
