Home Sweet Home Preschool & Toddler Discovery Center

Home Sweet Home Preschool & Toddler Discovery Center offers a play-based curriculum that includes art, music, physical education, language, math, and science. The program uses learning centers with activities that follow children’s interests and are arranged to be “kid’s hands on and teacher’s hands off.” Children take part in a balance of indoor and outdoor activities, and healthy organic snacks are offered daily.

Certified early childhood education teachers at Home Sweet Home Preschool & Toddler Discovery Center follow the development and curriculum guidelines from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The program’s mission states that it provides early childhood education for children ages 18 months to five years through a play-based curriculum that focuses on the development of the whole child. The Toddler Discovery Center offers play-based developmental activities for toddlers with lots of hugs and time to make new friends and is described as a financially sensible option over traditional daycare or in-home childcare.
