It also states that camp is geared to making campers’ fall soccer seasons a more meaningful and enjoyable experience, and that campers of all skill levels attend, with a belief in holistic youth development involving both skill and confidence.
Director Dan leads Westdale Culver City Soccer Day Camp and is also head coach for the LACES Boys’ Varsity Soccer Team, with Coach KB leading technical program development, and coaches Senay, Eli, Jason, Youth Coach Charley, and Youth Coach Leo on staff. Coach Dan is licensed by United States Soccer and is certified in coaching by the National Federation of State High Schools (NFHS), has been a member of the University of California, Berkeley Varsity Soccer Team, and played for the California Kickers of the Western Soccer Alliance. Coach Jason is a licensed CTE Sports Medicine Instructor, is currently the Head Athletic Trainer at Venice High School, and previously served as Athlete Development Program Manager at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital. The camp states that its coaches have experience across AYSO, club, high school, and college soccer for both boys and girls, and that many coaches, including Coach KB, started their coaching careers with Westdale Soccer Camp in the 1990s, with the program’s predecessor dating back to the 1980s. As part of its commitment to hiring and developing local talent, the camp notes that Youth Coach Charley is a key player for the Venice High School Varsity Girls Team and a defender for the Autobahn Soccer Club.
The program lists a 2026 Summer Camp Early Bird Registration, an $80 off Spring Special with a spring sale ending April 15, and a 10% sibling discount. It also states that pricing includes a camp t-shirt and camp photograph.
