About
Youth Sports Enrichment (YSE) offers soccer, basketball, kickball, and structured games and exercises that focus on coordination, agility, and teamwork. The program also includes educational, recreational, skill-building, and extracurricular activities, along with athletics, special programs, sports leagues, sports clinics, day camps, after school programs, and a Counselors in Training (CIT) program. Activities take place in safe and secure facilities.

Youth Sports Enrichment (YSE) is an organized public recreation program for children that focuses on physical activity and sport-related skills development, and it always puts education first. During the program, children learn basic skills and elements of soccer, basketball, kickball, and more to develop balance, agility, hand-eye coordination, leadership skills, and confidence. YSE staff are available to assist and tutor students to make sure class assignments are completed, with assistance if needed, before they participate in activities. The program has a team of experienced and qualified staff members and instructors, including trained and skilled staff, dedicated volunteers, professional athletic coaches, and counselors, and it aims to offer a safe, inclusive, positive environment for children to continue their growth and development. The student experience is enriched by various extracurricular activities, athletics, and special programs, and parent resources and communication include regular updates and progress reports.
Youth Sports Enrichment (YSE) has been serving Culver City communities for over 15 years and serves several schools located in Culver City, California. The program maintains community partnerships and collaborations to enhance the overall program experience, and The Culver City Observer has stated that “Culver City Parks and Recreation and Y.S.E. make a winning combination.” YSE is currently recruiting Counselors in Training (CITs) for ages 13–16. The program can reach capacity very quickly and has limited space available, so families are asked to call before making any payments.
