Yuba Elite Sports offers youth recreational volleyball, adult recreational volleyball, and competitive volleyball for boys and girls, including a volleyball academy and Elite Skill Development for club-experienced athletes. The program also runs summer camps, volleyball clinics, Fundamental Fridays, Recreation Volleyball, and an Itsy Bitsy Spikers option where children practice with a parent or other responsible adult and receive a ball to take home for simple drills. In addition to volleyball, Yuba Elite Sports provides private lessons, personal training, specialty training, family fitness programs, health and nutrition classes, and customized health and nutrition services.

Yuba Elite Sports includes highly competitive club volleyball that travels between Sacramento, the Bay Area, Reno, and Las Vegas, along with a year-round training series for serious players focusing on technique, consistency, and volleyball IQ. Recreation Volleyball is available starting at 2nd grade through adult with no experience necessary, and summer camps are described as exciting, engaging, educational, and a crash course in falling in love with volleyball, including skills, body movements, court IQ, and nutrition to fuel the body. The staff includes two NASM certified personal trainers, and Carrie Benkowski is an RN health and wellness coach. Yuba Elite Sports states that it aims to provide a space for community involvement, activity, joy, and fitness, and it works with local athletic clubs like Yuba Elite Volleyball Club as part of its community involvement.
