Bay Swim School offers beginner, intermediate, advanced, and private swimming lessons. The beginner program teaches basic water safety and floating skills, and it progresses to front and back strokes. The intermediate program includes freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke, plus diving and turns. The advanced program includes stroke technique, speed and endurance drills, race preparation, and advanced safety training.

About the provider
Bay Swim School was founded by Farzan in 2018. It uses certified instructors, including Red Cross-certified, safety-focused teachers. The mission statement says the program is for building confidence, water safety, and lifelong swimming skills through personalized instruction and a supportive environment.
All ages welcome. Classes for toddlers, teens, and adults. Welcome children as young as 6 months in parent-and-child classes. Ages 3–5 are the perfect time for beginner classes. By age 6 and up, most children are ready to learn formal strokes and safety techniques.
