About
American Beach Volleyball Club offers beach volleyball training that includes summer programs, post school programs, and beach tournaments. The program also provides a free online volleyball training course for athletes who want to train online. It operates under the mission statement, “MAKE FRIENDS. PUSH LIMITS. HAVE FUN.”
• Schedule: Open Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm
American Beach Volleyball Club, also known as ABVC, runs sessions in Orange County, including Dana Point, Laguna Beach, San Clemente, and San Juan. The program notes that beach volleyball teaches all six skills, creating what it describes as smart, adaptable indoor players. Its athletes have gone on to play on the AVP Pro Tour and at college programs such as Hawaii, Stanford, USC, UCLA, Pepperdine, UCSD, Long Beach, UCSB, UCI, and others.
