About
KG Beach Camps offers activities that include trips to the local tidepools, crab hunting, Stand-Up Paddle Boarding, Sailing, Kayaking, Rowing, Whale Watching on Dolphin Dave's Catamaran Safari, Swimming, beach games, other activities, and crafts. Parents have the option to order Chick-fil-A for campers on Wednesday and Friday and Ballpark pizza on Tuesdays each week, and lunch is provided on Thursdays for all full-day campers.
• Ages: 4–13 years old
• Schedule: Summer camps run from June 15th to August 7th, with half day options from 9am–12pm or 1pm–4pm and full day programs from 9am–4pm.
KG Beach Camps has been a part of the Dana Point Harbor community since 1987. The camp is owned by Nicole, who is a mother and school administrator. All counselors are First Aid and CPR certified and are well versed in the boating activities that they are instructing. Nicole states that she makes it her mission to hire counselors and directors who love working with children, know how to have a good time, and keep safety as their number one priority, and that she wants campers to come away with lifelong memories of their days at the camps and excited for the next day's adventures.
