Ocean Institute offers General Admission with exhibits, touch tanks, and local aquaria. It also offers a Whale and Marine Life Tour, a Sea Shanty Sail, Adventure Sails with sail raising, navigation, helmsmanship, bow watch, and a cannon demonstration, Sunset Sails, a Behind the Scenes Aquarium Tour, a Bioluminescence Night Cruise, a Guided Snorkel Tour with all gear provided, and Kayak Tours.

- Whale and Marine Life Tour — 3 and older; Infant/Toddler 0-2 years old · $10–$40 · Ticket includes access to Ocean Institute for General Admission.
- Sea Shanty Sail — $10–$50 · Ticket includes access to the Ocean Institute for General Admission.
- Adventure Sails — Adult; Child (19 months – 13 y.o); Infant/Toddler 0-18 months · $10–$40 · Hands-on activities include raising sail, navigation, helmsmanship, bow watch, and a demonstration of the ship’s cannon.
- Sunset Sails — 4 and older · $65 · Must be four years old to sail. Sail Ticket includes access to the Ocean Institute for General Admission.
- Behind the Scenes Aquarium Tour — Adult; Toddler 0-18 months; Child (19 months – 13 y.o) · $10–$35 · General admission is included with tour ticket.
- Bioluminescence Night Cruise — Child/Adult; Infant/Toddler 0-2 years old · $10–$55 · Learn about the remarkable ability of some marine animals to glow in the dark.
- Guided Snorkel Tour — Recommended for ages six and up · $64 · Semi-private guided snorkel tours at Shaw’s Cove. All gear provided. Participants must be comfortable in the water and able to swim.
- Kayak Tours — Must be at least 3 years old to participate; guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult · $25–$36 · Explore the ocean from the water.
