All-Star Swim School LLC has been teaching children since 1998 to be swim safe, learn the core basics of swimming, and perfect stroke technique. All-Star was founded by Brian Oas, a previous competitive swimmer and long-time swim instructor. All-Star is now owned and operated by Brian and his wife Jennifer, whose ownership brings a background in competitive swimming, childhood education, and working with special needs children. The program is part of the broader Bay Area children swim development community, including Danville, Dublin, San Ramon, Pleasanton, and Livermore swim schools.
