Rush Soccer offers Rush Select for players ages U9–U18, starting at Select Centers. From U11 through U18, Rush Select teams compete at major events across the United States and internationally. The program also includes Rush Fest, a five-day Rush-specific soccer camp in Colorado with an opening ceremony, six competitive games, training sessions, classroom sessions, and social events.

- Rush Select — U9–U18 · Elite competitive pathway for Rush players. Begins at Select Centers; from U11 through U18, teams compete at major events across the US and internationally.
- College Advisory Program (CAP) — High school players · College advisory program for Rush players with personalized planning, expert advice, and connections to college coaches.
- Rush Fest — U12 · Five day Rush-specific soccer camp in Colorado. Includes an opening ceremony, six competitive games, training sessions, classroom sessions, and social events.
- Rush Soccer Development — Resources for parents and players, including the Rush Train @ Home program with structured, position-specific training.
- Player Loan Program — Guest playing system connecting players and clubs around the nation.
- R.E.A.C.H. — Program dedicated to assisting international Rush partner clubs by distributing Rush uniforms and equipment.
- Coaching Development — Coaching education and development through a partnership with The Coaches’ Voice.
- Tournament Services — Services that manage event planning, logistics, scheduling, operations, marketing, and vendor/sponsor relationships for club tournaments.
- Rush Summit — Three day conference for Rush coaches held in conjunction with Rush Fest in Colorado.
- Rush Premiere Sports Academies — Grades K-12 · Official residency academy offering an environment that nurtures academic and athletic excellence.
- Alumni Week — 4-5 days · A week for Rush Soccer alumni to play soccer and socialize with players and coaches they grew up with.
