El Dorado Hills Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, NoGi Jiu-Jitsu and grappling, wrestling, and self-defense training. The program includes age-appropriate youth Jiu Jitsu, kids Jiu Jitsu classes, adult Jiu Jitsu classes, self-defense workshops, youth jiujitsu workshops, and a Jiu Jitsu trial program. Students take part in Jiu Jitsu training that follows a structured curriculum for beginners, including a standards curriculum and white belt curriculum, and receive weekly technique videos.
