Hard 90 Baseball and Softball Summer Camps include dynamic and static stretches, group skills rotations, and focused work on hitting, hitting for power, throwing, fielding, and running. Campers also have a lunch break, watch baseball programming, and play snaps for baseball cards. Afternoon activities include a dynamic warm-up, static stretching, fun games that reinforce the skills practiced in the morning, a simulated game on the HitTrax, Wiffle Ball on Sudsy Field, and various Camp Olympics activities.
• Ages: 7–12 years old
• Schedule: Early drop-off begins at 8:30 AM, camp opens at 9:00 AM, morning group skills rotations start at 9:30 AM, lunch is at 12:00 PM, and the afternoon session begins at 1:00 PM
Hard 90 Baseball and Softball Summer Camps welcome young athletes aged 7–12 from all skill levels. Professional instructors use a standardized curriculum that adjusts in pace and complexity according to the group’s skills. Celebrating 20 years of summer camp, Hard 90 is holding its 20th annual Summer Baseball and Softball Camp, and since its establishment in 2005, over 450 Hard 90 Alumni have gone on to play professional and collegiate baseball. The camps have hosted a diverse group of athletes, ranging from beginners to experienced travel ball players.
