Amy shared that her autistic son, who struggles with water on his face or head, works with an instructor who comforts him when he is overstimulated while continuing to teach, and she noted the availability of clean changing rooms and showers and the ability to observe without distracting him. Maya stated that her son has trained there for two years, that instructors make kids feel comfortable and confident, and that strong instructor retention has supported his growth as a swimmer. Liz described starting lessons with a strong fear of drowning, finding that classes are small and instructors are patient, professional, and friendly, and noted that there are options for babies through seniors. Michelle shared that her 8‑month‑old daughter is becoming more comfortable in the water and learning techniques each week, and that family members can observe behind glass without interfering. Ryan reported that his son moved from being afraid of the water to loving swimming after a few classes, and that instructors do not rush kids and use a gentle approach.
