Velocity Sports Performance Youth Performance Training includes speed training, strength training, injury prevention training, and stamina training. The program uses Velocity’s human performance approach, which integrates fitness, injury prevention, faster recovery, effective nutrition, and a winning mindset. Velocity also provides sports recovery and injury therapy services similar to those used for professional athletes.
• Ages: 6–18 years old
• Schedule: Training options available Monday–Friday from morning through evening, and Saturday–Sunday in the morning to early afternoon

Velocity supports athletes and teams around the globe, including Olympic Committees, National Teams, and athletes in the NFL, NHL, NBA, MLS, and MLB. In 2019, Velocity Sports Performance partnered with Goal Line Performance, a leader in hockey skills training, and Goal Line Performance is powered by Velocity Sports Performance. The program states that Velocity helps youth athletes improve their athleticism so they can have the best sports performance possible while avoiding injuries, and that whatever the sport, Velocity helps take performance to a higher level. Fitness, recovery, and performance are all part of the Velocity offerings for all ages and levels of athletic experience.
