Charles Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy Elk Grove offers Jiu-Jitsu programs for ages 4-15. The 4-6 years old program is a 30-minute class focused on self-defense, anti-bullying, physical development, Jiu-Jitsu foundations, focus, and discipline. The 7-9 years old program is a 40-minute class focused on fundamental-intermediate Jiu-Jitsu, teamwork, self-defense, leadership, anti-bullying, and character development.

• 4-6 Years Old — 4-6 · Mon-Thu, 3:30-5:00 pm; Sat, 9:30-10:00 am · 30-minute Jiu-Jitsu program for young children focused on self-defense and anti-bullying, physical development, Jiu-Jitsu foundations, focus and discipline.
• 7-9 Years Old — 7-9 · Mon-Fri, 4:10-5:50 pm; Tue-Thu, 5:10-5:50 pm; Sat, 10:10-10:50 am · 40-minute Jiu-Jitsu program focused on fundamental-intermediate levels, teamwork, self-defense, leadership, anti-bullying, and character development.
• 10-15 Years Old — 10-15 · Mon-Wed, 5:00-5:45 pm; Fri, 5:00-5:45 pm
• 7-15 Years Old — 7-15 · Mon-Wed, 6:00-6:40 pm; Tue-Thu, 7:30-8:10 pm; Sat, 10:10-10:50 am
