Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu – Elk Grove offers Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and self-defense training. Classes include options for children, teens, and adults, with instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques and self-defense skills.
• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: Classes available Monday through Saturday, with youth classes in the afternoon and early evening on weekdays and in the morning on Saturdays; adult classes offered late morning and evening on select weekdays and Saturday late morning.
