Elk Grove Muay Thai Academy offers beginner and intermediate Muay Thai training, advanced Muay Thai training, and a non contact Strength & Conditioning class based on basic Muay Thai technique. The program includes kids classes that teach basic beginner Muay Thai technique for ages 6–10 and basic Muay Thai technique for ages 11–15.

Kru Rick Fortes leads Elk Grove Muay Thai Academy as the owner and a Certified Professional Muay Thai Instructor. He has 25 years of martial arts experience, including 20 years of Muay Thai boxing, and has created many professional and amateur champions. His training includes a professional level Fairtex Thailand training camp, and he has trained in Thailand every year since 2004 with opportunities to learn and train with Fairtex champions. All Elk Grove Muay Thai Academy instructors are described as highly experienced and professional.
