The Tutoring Center Academic Programs

The Tutoring Center Academic Programs offers one-to-one instruction with a no-cost diagnostic assessment and a personalized program. The academic programs include FastTrack Math, Math Program, Reading Program K-3, Reading Program 4-12, Writing Program, Kindergarten Program, FastTrack Homeschooling, and FastTrack Honors Math. The schedule pattern for these programs is three sections: 30 minutes, 15 minutes, and 15 minutes, and two or three 60-minute sessions per week are listed in the equipment and logistics facts.

Programs

• FastTrack™ Math — Students in K-12 who are struggling in school or have fallen behind their grade level; designed for students that are well behind grade level in math or doing poorly in school in math · Three sections: 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 15 minutes · Designed to help students catch up quickly in math and improve up to 4 years in as little as 18 months
• Math Program — Students in K-12 who are struggling in school or have fallen behind their grade level · Three sections: 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 15 minutes · Improves computational and problem-solving skills and prepares students for daily assignments and chapter tests
• Reading Program K-3 — Students in K-12 who are struggling in school or have fallen behind their grade level; grades K-3 · Three sections: 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 15 minutes · Improves reading comprehension, phonics, sight words, and vocabulary building
• Reading Program 4-12 — Students in K-12 who are struggling in school or have fallen behind their grade level; grades 4-12 · Three sections: 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 15 minutes · Provides skills for complex texts and includes assistance with the mechanics of writing
• Writing Program — Designed to prepare your child for advanced courses in High School · Three sections: 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 15 minutes · Covers grammar to punctuation and equips students to write with clarity and conviction
• Kindergarten Program — Kindergarten · Three sections: 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 15 minutes · Begins at a comfortable level and builds foundational phonics, math, and reading skills
• FastTrack Homeschooling™ — Homeschooled child · Three sections: 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 15 minutes · Designed to keep students on track in their homeschooling program across reading, writing, and math
• FastTrack™ Honors Math — Students who are excelling in school and are ahead of their grade level · Three sections: 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 15 minutes · Designed to keep students ahead of the curve in their math class

About the provider

The Tutoring Center Academic Programs has been operating since 1994. The mission statement is, "Empowering Children To Reach Their Highest Potential Since 1994." Instructors hold Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degrees and are trained and certified in The Tutoring Center’s The Rotational Approach to Learning.
