Irene School of Rhythmic Gymnastics offers Pre-Team, which includes movement, dancing, playing, and laughing, and works on flexibility, posture, body line, musicality, and coordination. It also offers Rhythmic Xcel and the Competitive Elite Team, which includes stretching, conditioning, and ballet training.

• Pre-Team — 3–5 years old · Fast pace class with movement, dancing, playing, and laughing; works on flexibility, posture, body line, musicality, and coordination; prepares girls for Competitive Team.
• Rhythmic Xcel — 6–12 years old
• Competitive Elite Team — 5 years+ by invitation only · Limited space competitive program for girls interested in competitive gymnastics; includes stretching, conditioning, and ballet training.
