Foster City Little League offers T-Ball, Minors, AAA, Majors, and Juniors. T-Ball includes 1 practice per week and 1 game on the weekend. Minors, AAA, Majors, and Juniors each include 1-2 practices per week and 1 game per week.

There is no evaluation process or draft for fall ball, and roster spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, pending coach and field availability. The organization is non-profit and 100% volunteer-run, and registration fees are based on the Little League age of the player.
