Fibo Kids Art Academy

Fibo Kids Art Academy offers weekly classes based on Art Fundamentals and Art History. Students take part in structured programs called Lil' Picasso, Core, Masters, and Portfolio that focus on specific art skills and approaches.

• Schedule: Class options Tuesday–Friday between 3pm and 7pm, and Saturday between 9am and 1pm

Fibo Kids Art Academy offers weekly classes to students ages 4 to 18 based on Art Fundamentals and Art History. The Lil' Picasso (PreK–1st) program has students create art inspired by famous artists and learn how to use their materials properly. The Core (2nd–4th) program has students build a foundation of skills based on Art Fundamentals such as Color Theory, Shading, Human Proportion, Composition, and basic Perspective. The Masters (5th–8th) program has students learn advanced skills in shading, perspective, drawing people, and drawing from reference materials. The Portfolio (9th–12th) program has students form their own conceptual ideas and artistic style. The program offers small class sizes and instructors who receive extensive training. The curriculum has been developed and tested over the last 20 years, and over 250,000 art projects have been taught at studios, elementary schools, and online. Families can try a free in-person class. Fibo Kids Art Academy opened in 2005, and its mission states that Fibo believes that art can be taught.
