JMAC Karate

JMAC Karate offers Kinder Karate for ages 3-4, Kids Karate for ages 5-7, Youth Karate for ages 8-10, Junior Karate for ages 11-17, and Adult Karate for ages 18 and over. Kinder Karate classes are limited to 30 minutes and prepare students to enter the kids karate program. Kids Karate focuses on the fundamentals of self-defense, Youth Karate focuses on agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and speed, and Junior Karate focuses on learning to train and train to train concepts.

Programs

• Kinder Karate — 3-4 years old · Prepares students to enter the kid’s karate program; classes are limited to 30 minutes.
• Kids Karate — 5-7 years old · Focused on the fundamentals of self-defense.
• Youth Karate — 8-10 years old · Designed to help children with changes in their developing bodies and focus on agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and speed.
• Junior Karate — 11-17 years old · Intended to give students a positive and safe environment focused on “learning to train” and “train to train” concepts.
• Adult Karate — 18 and over · Focused on learning and continued learning of self-defense; stress relief is a focus.

About the provider

JMAC Karate was established in the Spring of 2000. The program says it has served the local community by building the body and minds of its students.

Free trial class has no payment due, no fees, and no obligation to sign up after trial completion. Students are recommended to attend the most appropriate age and belt level class. Classes are held in a safe, family-oriented environment.
