Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Fremont offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for children ages 4-6 and 7-9, with training that includes basic self-defense skills. The program also offers competition classes for ages 7-12, with advanced training for aspiring competitors.
