Mad Science of The Bay Area

Mad Science of The Bay Area offers hands-on science programs that include after-school programs, preschool programs, summer camps, birthday parties, and in-school programs. Children take part in activities such as chemical reaction experiments, rocket launches, hovercraft rides, cotton candy making, interactive science fun stations, stage shows, and goody bags loaded with multiple science-themed toys. The program also runs assemblies and shows, in-class field trips and workshops, science nights and fun-stations, and shows, workshops, and fun stations for organizations, corporates, and day cares.

Mad Science of The Bay Area is part of a global enrichment company that was founded in 1985 in Montreal, Canada by Ariel Shlien and Ron Shlien. The company operates in over 150 locations across more than 20 countries and has been in business for over 30 years. Its mission is to inspire children through science, sparking lifelong imagination and curiosity. All workshops are curriculum correlated to California state and provincial standards, and children’s events are described as hassle-free, adaptable, and action-packed.
